The motor on this submersible pump was replaced in May 2024 with a new 60 hp motor.  


Section 8 west pivot: (9) tower Zimmatic pivot, 75 hp electric irrigation motor, Sargent irrigation pump, electrical control panel, Registered NE Irrigation well G-061566 with 71.75 Twin Platte NRD certified irrigated acres was drilled April 1979 to 260’, static water 62’ pumping level 77’ with pump set at unknown and rated at 850 gpm at drilling.


Section 7 pivot: (10) tower Zimmatic center pivot, with a new irrigation well G-198629 drilled October 2023 to 185’. The pump is a new 50 hp electric submersible rated at 600 gpm pumping from about 85’. Static water of the well is 45’.


BROKERS COMMENTS: The availability of irrigated cropland for sale in this region remains very limited. This farm has great location for county road access, grain marketing and good water availability.
