Pivot Irrigated Quarter FARM Details

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: NE1/4 Section 7 - Township 11 North – Range 39 West of the 6th P.M., Perkins County, Nebraska;

LOCATION: From Grant, NE, 5 miles north on Highway 61 to County Road 766, then west 4 miles to County Road 324 and 1/2 mile north.

ACRES: 161.28 taxed acres including 130 pivot irrigated acres and 29.27 non-irrigated corners

REAL ESTATE TAXES: 2023 taxes payable in 2024 are $5,055.74

UPPER REPUBLICAN NRD Occupation Taxes: $1,300

IRRIGATION WELL: Nebraska registered well G-039889 drilled in 1972 to 430’, static water at drilling 175’, pumping 900 gpm from 210’ at drilling.

An efficiency test of the well was performed in 2021, results were static water 207’ and pumping 839 gpm from 343’.
