Each pivot includes FieldNet remote pivot control, a JD Diesel power unit, PTO, Randolph gear head, Sargent irrigation pump, generator and 2,000 gallon fuel tank. There is an additional stock well at each pivot point to be run with a generator.

The north pivot’s Irrigation Well: G-067951 was drilled in April 1982 to 290’; Static water at drilling was 62’; pump set at 73’; and rated at 1,100 gpm. This well includes 131.25 Twin Platte NRD certified irrigated acres.

The south pivot’s Irrigation Well: G-176349 was drilled in May 2015 to 320’’; Static water at drilling was 77’; pump set at 104’; rated at 1,100 gpm. This well includes 138.28 Twin Platte NRD certified irrigated acres.

The grass pasture in the southeastern portion of the property includes an older building site in the northeast corner of it. Stock water is located at this building site. The current tenant does have a lease on the grass pasture and building site through the end of 2022. Lease rate and details are available from the Broker.

The pivot irrigated portion of this farm is available for full possession at closing and as mentioned before the 155 acres of pasture and building site is leased for the remainder of 2022.
