The Land & River
On the north side of the county road is approximately 15 acres of cropland and Republican River habitat. The cropland could be used for food plots or non-irrigated crops. School Creek forms the westerly boundary of the property. This is a seasonal tributary to the Republican River and water from the river does back up into the stream. Hunting and recreation on the property would include whitetail deer, turkey, upland birds and water fowl hunting. The Seller’s have also created a picnic area at the river bank for camping.
To the south of the farm house is a large hill that covers the cave and provides panoramic views of the river valley to the north. This really id a neat setting for your getaway property.
