The Keith County Ranch sold at auction as one entire ranch on December 10, 2019.

There were 45 registered bidders at the successful auction.

Good Buyer bidding action on all the Parcels and the competition of the Parcel Bidders against the whole property Bidder was a large part of the success.

The Keith County Ranch: Just over 6,570 acres of rangeland, South Platte River frontage and pivot irrigated cropland being offered as 13 parcels. The ranch has an excellent location and access in southwestern Nebraska between Ogallala and Paxton, NE in Keith County. It lies on both sides and along the South Platte River, I-80 and US Highway 30.

KEITH COUNTY RANCH SUMMARY

Operated as a working cow ranch, the ranch offers an abundance of forage and protection for the existing cow herd. The approximate 4,200 acres of summer grazing land is hard land range which is cross fenced and water is provided by solar powered, electric powered pumps, windmills and stock tanks on water pipelines. 1,200 acres of sub-irrigated pasture along the South Platte River offers off season grazing opportunities.
